Putt-Putt With Pa

After the evening service Sunday, our church celebrated Father’s Day by playing “Putt-Putt With Pa”. We all went to Meadow Lake Park and enjoyed pizza and cookies before we started the rigorous game. Kurt, Dad, Kendi (a teen in our church), and I played together and had a good time. Dad made a hole in one at the last hole which earned him a free snow cone. Good job, Dad!

Happy Father’s Day?

This past Saturday and Sunday, Kurt and dad spent their afternoons fighting the Oklahoma deluge. It’s been raining since last Thursday and there is no sun in the forecast until Friday. Enjoy!

One Year Gone

One year ago today, Kurt and I were married. In some aspects I can’t believe a year has already gone by. So much had happened in one year’s time. But a part of me feels like we’ve been together for years, in a good way of course. We’ve grown so much in our relationship together and in our relationship with Christ. We truly lift each other up. I couldn’t have dreamed of having a better partner with whom to walk this pilgrim journey. I pray that God will allow up to enjoy each other for many, many years.
